Honey Almond Madeleines

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup (85 g) all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• 2 large eggs
• 1/3 cup (65 g) granulated sugar
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 teaspoon almond extract
• 1/2 cup (113 g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
• 2 tablespoons sliced almonds (optional)

Instructions

1. Prep & Chill: Butter a madeleine pan and dust with flour, tapping out excess. Chill pan in the freezer while batter rests.
